Take out their vials.

Use controlled bursts on their vials. We must conserve ammo.

The security guard sprays them with his MP5!
They are riddled with bullets.
You use controlled bursts while aiming at there Vials!
Each one takes at least 1 bullet, shattering them!

Now that they have no vials, they can be shot and they won't automatically heal.

There brains, now a pile of mush, are completely destroyed.
They fall over and are dead.

You wait for the EXP counter, but then you realize that it will never, ever show up.

You do loot them for 2 more MP5 magazines, however.

Loot both corpses of the ammo. Ask the guard the quickest way to get there and if there is an armory or it's closest comparison.

"Gigantic blob eh!   We're going to need some heavier firepower."

Start heading towards the other side of the building, making any detours for a janitors closet or armoury.  Anything with the promise of something we can mcgyver into explosives!

"They were researching Organic Explosives. They finished them literally 5 minutes before the outbreak. There in the lab right now."
"Is there an armory nearby?"
Through that room over there. Its got 5 of those mutants in it, though."

Head towards the armoury with our weapons raised.
