You back away slowly and attempt to use your shard to ward the creature off. He just runs at you and goes to punch you. You stab him right in the chest with the shard. Black liquid begins to flow from his mouth. His skin begins to turn black and peel away. Suddenly, he turns into a pool of black sludge.

Wear his labcoat over our own, search the security guard for body armour. Become somewhat freaked out at the presence of oil monsters

The creatures labcoat was destroyed by the sludge.

You search the security guard for body armour. He has none, just a badly torn uniform. Upon further examination, you realise he has a gaping hole in his chest.

[Demonic Spoon]

Attempt to deduce what caused the hole in his chest using SCIENCE. Also examine the black sludge using SCIENCE.

[Angel Of Death]

Using your science skill, you try to examine if any high tech objects caused the gaping hole in the guards chest. You find nothing to back up your thought. You then check to see if any other thing caused the hole using your medical skill. You notice that the hole goes through his back, getting smaller as it goes on. It looks as if it may have been caused by a large spear or stinger.

You exit the room and examine the sludge. You work out that it is heavily contaminated bio-medical gel. It infects if it is put into an open wound.

[Demonic Spoon]

Put the gel in the gaping wound in the guard's corpse. This can only end well.

[Angel Of Death]

You decide to put some gel into the gaping wound of the dead guard. The hole closes and his arm grows back! With some minor alterations... His arm seems to end in a large, grey, claw, similar to a crabs claw. Exept this one's made out of bone.

Check for any signs of animation or life, possibly a pulse? Be ready to stab our creation through the head if it tries to attack us.

[Angel Of Death]

You check for any signs of life in the newly made abomination. You find absolutely none. The thing does not rise. You exit the room and you think you see it move!

I like the sound of both of these ideas... I'm going to use a number generator to detirmine which one is picked.
