I've been in on the development of this for some time. He didn't let me start when everyone else did because I wanted to start with a lab.

While we do have what effectively amounts to a waitlist (with Lemon10 on it), Labrat also expressed a desire to join, and got his turnly orders in, rolled up and here he is.
I'm not opposed to rolling people up and placing them in the action. I even have a few stock templates to choose from to prevent me having to roll X weeks for a person.
Oh and Labs, you forgot your 16 Notoriety.
