Widely suspected to be a myth, your minions have confirmed its existence. The Sentinel Project is apparently about to reach a major breakthrough that will allow it to be deployed worldwide. Your minions suspect you have perhaps 2 weeks to make a move on this, before the project is completed. They still have no idea -what- the Sentinel Project is.
Your minions out to steal research manage to misdirect a few shipments by getting legitmate jobs as deliverymen. They manage to make off with 40 resources before anyone clues in.

Lair: House in Germany
Weekly Actions: Well. That was sort of a mixed bag. Your minions, arrogant and uncouth, assaulted the museum during broad daylight. They knocked out several guards and hapless tourists. The tapestry itself is lifted easily but during their cunning escape your minions were set upon on all sides by the police. They managed to fight their way through barely, and were only able to ditch the police after many many hours.
Still, the tapestry looks nice.

Comparatively, the theft of cash goes much -much- better. Bulging duffle bags are carted from a nondescript white van, and dumped at your feet by your minions and thugs. They beam with pride as they tally the count. +$1320. One even relates a tale of beating a police officer at fisticuffs.
+6 Notoriety
Your research starts and stops a significant amount over the course of the week. A breakthrough is not far off, though the minion assigned to be their test subject is looking a little sickly come the end of the week.
Your wire transfer of funds was rewarded, with a drop-off of some Giant Laser plans picked up by one of your minions on the way back from dry-cleaning.

Lair: A Luxury Cruiser
Weekly Actions: The mission starts strong! Your minions descend upon the archaeology camp guns out and ready to go. Turns out every single one of them was an Indiana Jones fan and the fighting was fierce as your minions attempted to seize the artifact. Your minions, through superior firepower and raw determination managed to gain the upper hand and subdue the archaeologists long enough to load the statue into a nondescript van. The escape is somewhat uneventful by comparison.
It looks very nice on the front of your boat.
Your minion manages to break the speedboat you deploy him in, you have to head back for him, and he is thusly unable to manage any thefts this weekend. He does steal a fellow minions wallet simply to show he can however.
Your plotting goes poorly, the minion in question came down with a bad case of seasickness.

Lair: A warehouse on the outskirts of London.
Weekly Actions: The approach goes poorly. Your minions arrive at the university under cover of night, To find a pitched battle between campus security, and a grandstanding lunatic with some sort of robotic assistants. A news crew is innocuously filming nearby. Considering this lunatic seems to be occupying the building your minions have staked out as the location of the Robotics department, they wade into the fight.
Between the remnants of campus security and your minions, the lunatic is forced to retreat, posing dramatically and declaring that "you have not seen the LAST OF DOCTOR DOOM!". There's a brief bit of confusion where everyone thinks your minions are heroes.. Which is quickly rectified when they drub everyone into unconsciousness, steal into the robotics department and make off with every scrap of paper, every computer, and essentially everything that even -looks- vaguely important. Unfortunately, there seems to be some missing data.. You can still start research into the Robotics tree, but it'll likely suffer a few setbacks early on.
They even manage to kidnap a late-working scientist, and drag him along with the notes, back to your lair. He quickly succumbs to your interrogation and teaches one of your smarter minions good lab practices and what they need to make science happen. Apparently its pretty simple.

The heist goes well, a traffic accident caused by one minion forces the delivery truck to have to reroute, and this rerouting takes it into an ambush by the other minion. The driver puts up a fight but is eventually brought down. Your minions, manage to nab the statue and drive off with it, only to be nearly pulled over for speeding. They panic and manage to lose the cops relatively quickly though.

Headline News Event! Action World News, Tonight!
Local authorities nearly intercepted a sealed communique between two nefarious forces of evil. It is thought that plans for the destruction of our fair country were being passed between the organization known as E.V.I.L, and the Boys of the U.S.A. Natalia Shields, an up and coming officer was on the scene mere moments after the hand off had been made, and was unable to intercept this dire missive. She was quoted as saying "We'll get them next time, they can't evade justice forever."
In other news, London was rocked this week by a clash between known villian, Dr Doom, and the nefarious Black Industries. They battled in a south london university that chooses to remain nameless. Black industries was successful, and they were able to abscond with enough data to start their own Robotics department, -and- noted scientist Enrique Bloom. This has been a blow that research in London will not recover from, for some time.
+6 Notoriety to both Cript and Happerry.
Notes on Loot Items. Yes, Many will simply buff your minion loyalty, and look nice. Some will do other things.
