After discussing things with CG, I'm nixing that.

Firstly I don't have anything in place for it, and I don't want to come up with anything around it. It has all  the signs of being complex to institute, from a mechanical standpoint. Flavorwise it doesnt fit because you guys, as Evil Genius' are in an entirely different level of crime. You're likely not to associate with other criminals because of raw arrogance. They are unlikely to associate with you because you'd bring the heat down on them like crazy. Or doublecross them since you're much more powerful.

Are you kidding me, the man was a Genius to the max. Think about it. Take apart every thing that he had done, take away his "Jokes" and his deranged self. There was a Animated Film for Batman which shows a lovely side of the Joker. How much of a Genius he can be...
