Just a note, with this build I was able to burst through garen's 4000 hp and kill him in something like ~7 seconds, multiple times.
I ended up doing so well that my team was listening to my orders (this is blind pick solo queue mind you), except sivir.
I have never made a mobafire guide but I want to for this build, all the poppy guides I see on there right now are just the standard ADS + crit% builds that half of all mobafire guides are made of
(Seriously,
Phantom Dancer +
The Bloodthirster +
Infinity Edge gets a little old
). Not one ever suggested
Sword of the Divine, poppy's Q counts as a standard attack and
it can critical strike, this is leagues better than
phantom dancer for poppy since she doesn't need to be criting outside of her burst combo. Also,
Blade of the Ruined King gets buffed through her ultimate , yeah, using its active with her ult drains 21% of the targets health right off the bat,
then heals her for that amount, and the speed steal is just too perfect for poppy.
Put simply the combo is, W ->
Sword of the Divine -> R ->
Blade of the Ruined King -> E -> Q ->
Tiamet/Ravenous Hydra -> Ignite
You stop the combo when they are dead, and they will die, you'll only ever have to Ignite if they miraculously survived it, and are also miraculously managing to get away. BTW,
Ignite gets amplified through her ultimate too.
Your first Q autoattack will do... ( 8% of their max health in damage + 5% of their current health with
Blade of the Ruined King + Q's magic dmg + attack damage * 2 with
Sword of the Divine +
Sheen spellblade passive ) * 1.4 with her ult. You can see where the damage amount starts to become ridiculous.
And you can dive into groups of up to 3 enemies with it too! The combined life steal of
Blade of the Ruined King and
Ravenous Hydra is 27%, and it heals from
Ravenous Hydra's cleave passive allowing you to get health from AoE damage (groups), combine with
Blade of the Ruined Kings 40% attack speed bonus and the fact that
Ravenous Hydra can be activated to reset your autoattack, upgrade
Sheen into
Iceborn Gauntlet and you're golden.
Poppy's passive trait reduces dmg by half when its more than 10% of her remaining health, since your health is around ~1800 at lvl 18, anyone who's stacked traditional AD/AP dmg items will have a hell of a time killing you since it will activate her passive on every single attack (~180+ damage after armor), I've walked right out of so many group dives that would have killed other champions because of this.
TL;DR - mobafire guides are dumb, do not feed poppy, and if you're the target of her ult then you're already dead.
