I had a couple of those. Good times. On an unrelated note, your tileset is gorgeous and I must have it. What is it?

Phoebus, whichever version came out with .25, it's been tinkered with some so there's like 5 different Phoebus versions.

Turns out that's what I use, the wall style is different in mine though. But how did you get these sensible letters instead of stupid ol' square ones?

Truetype maybe? It's in the init.

Oh, I turned TrueType Font support ON, and use this fancy font.  It supports special characters like Mars and Venus, and has Masterwork and Exceptional characters, although instead of three bars, the exceptional is a questionmark in a circle.  Still, works well enough.  Font claims to be Tuffy Regular, I'll post it on DFFD.

Had any issues with the TrueType long strings crash bug? I've been looking for a font that fixes that problem, at least until Baughn's improvements get added in the next release.

... Yep that fixed a problem that's been ruining my game for two forts now.

We're out of cat biscuits, but you can have a masterwork dragon meat roast with dwarven sugar and dwarven flour. And a drink, on the house.

Kittens don't even yield meat anymore. Just a tiny skull...

At least when they're fresh.

Anyway, thread anti-derail:

I always wondered how vomit monsters and sewage beasts managed to fly. Sure, wings and all, but how much lift does a (mostly) liquid membrane provi--- never mind I kinda made myself sick.

Clearly you've never seen a baby projectile vomit, or else you'd understand the dynamics of vomit flight.

On that note, has anyone besides me ever gotten puke on the ceiling?

I mean... um... cool story bro.

Mhh... does it involves Aperture's Portals?

Naked dwarves remove the need to produce more clothing, which means more of your pig tails can be brewed into booze.
I think this is less a problem and more an expression of dwarven priorities.

I'd imagine it involves a pyramid of drunken dwarves.
