They have furnaces, all of them. They have ash and charcoal. But when in the smelter all options are red. The bars of fuel are not forbided, but in bins (can be that ?)...

I tested all what I could but i can't forge anything...

please help

If your smelters are in a burrow, make sure your ores and fuel are in the same burrow. If they are, deconstruct and rebuild the smelter - sometimes the game gets confused about which reactions are available. You might also try putting in a work order through the job manager.

Are the ores forbidden? (Did you move them by dumping and forget to un-forbid afterward?) Is there a path from the smelter to the fuel and the ore?

Thanks for the very quick answers.

I rebuild the bar stockpile near the smelter and it worked. The bars where note forbidden but in another burrow. I tried to just rebuild the smelter but It didn't worked since I made the new stockpile in the same burrow.
