Does it give you a free pc that can actually run it, or do I need to buy that myself?
Yeah, but only if you buy it from a store. Make sure you complain very loudly if they don't give it to you though. According to the devs, it's a test of persistence and only the most dogged will receive it.

A FPS that has Parkour, and awsome setting, and great gameplay?

WHAT SO BAD.

Preordered this as well, it looks like it has some nice mechanics going, and the customization looks great. Too bad it releases on friday in these parts of the world . ::)

For me, it looks like steam ought to unlock it at the stroke of midnight. I seriously don't get why they still have issues with simultaneous world wide deployment of these games when they're both digitally distributed, and preloaded. It's 2011 guys, come on.

The launch date is determined by the publisher for each country, not steam.

I'm holding out to see how the seamless SP/MP character system is going to work.
If there are any sort of non-cosmetic bonuses you can get on a character, it'll be Borderlands all over again.

I wouldn't mind another Borderlands clone, however is this suppose to be Bethesda's move to FPS where they are blending FPS and Oblivion?

I am very interested in this game though, and can't decide to go PC or XBOX?

anyone know if this is a PC port from the console? or vice versa?

Not a borderlands clone at all really, and bethesda is only the publisher, Splashdamage made the game.
I'm pretty sure it's not a port from console for pc, but not 100 percent on that. I'm getting it for PC, preordered it when I preordered Fallout New Vegas.

My point was that you can't play online on Borderlands without running into someone who cheated in their weapons.

Bethesda actually owns several studios, including FPS granddaddy iD Software

I wish to be the first to say, it seems a tad buggy, but also incredibly fun when everything is working together smoothly.

This is getting pretty much trashed for the 360. Crappy AI, poor levelling implementation, silly level design.

Hell, IGN gave it a six out of ten.

a friend just told me there is a big patch that could be released as soon as saturday, but we'll see. It's not his department but claims to have inside knowledge. I can't wait to play but have a lot of work first. will give my $0.02 when I get time.

IGN gave it a six out of ten!?

They usually give crappy games at least an 8.

In all fairness 6 out of ten actually ain't bad. Just, what was the rating? Okay? Average?

I was like, ha, this looks like a pretty dumb and boring game. I was so wrong. Gentlemen, I have discovered true fun.
