With only four players, I think I'll drop the auto-gain techs known by everybody else.

IronyOwl, Catch-up turn 1 of 5
1) FF Counts have a base HP of 15.
2) You get: Production I. Research modifier is now 1.1, giving you 1.32 total.
3) Please don't put your equations after the answer. It's like reading a mystery novel backwards.
4) Everything else looks fine.

Do ships cost upkeep but are not available for service on the turn they're created?

They do cost upkeep, but cannot move from the planet where they're built. I don't know if they get to fight if the planet is attacked.

Edit: By the way, you might want to put "need a replacement player" or something in the thread title.

They do cost upkeep, but cannot move from the planet where they're built. I don't know if they get to fight if the planet is attacked.
They do get to help defend the planet.

Terraforming I researched. Terraforming limit increased to 4 per turn. Terraforming cost modifier from science set to 1.1. (Applied to production/credits, much like research or factory techs.)
Taxation I researched. Taxation modifer from science set to 1.1.
Taxation II researched. Taxation modifer from science set to 1.21.
CO Transport 1 53.3% loaded.
CO Transport 3 fully loaded.
CO Transport 4 83.3% loaded.
(Please keep track of which transports are loaded or partially loaded. Not a true requirement, but if somebody catches a mistake while you're not tracking it, they'll get more money.)

IronyOwl's fully caught up.
Please submit one more turn, and I'll hopefully do everyone's turn tomorrow..

You forgot to include loyalty in your population growth on the two new worlds. It should be -1.4 and -0.5.

Also, since when is there a terraforming limit?
