Because it's close enough to not warrant further search through the list for a perfect white, and I didn't feel like searching through the list for
To annoy artists.

0xFFFFFF. Honestly, I can't even see the difference, but it kinda jumps out looking at the hex code.

Planetary Upkeep = 10/20 x 5000 = 2500c (holy......)
Population growth = 5000 x 1.2 x 0.05 x 0.9 = 270m

Manufactories = 27000p = 270 manufactories
Terraforming = 12500p x 1.2 = 15000 -> 3% -> New value = 128
Research = 20500p

Research:
10000p to a larger hull
10500p to larger troop transport modules.

Credits:

Initial = 5000c (?)
Income = 1500c
Fleet Upkeep = 900c
Balance = 5600c

Correct.

No central turn post or anything?
If anything's unclear, please let me know. Your racial stats have been accepted. You have the map, and you have three starting FF Counts. They cannot bombard or capture land, and are only there as an anti-rush measure.

Evilcherry: I'll let that slide once, but I cannot run this to completion unless the players are doing their own paperwork.

That's about the only control on there that's not completely self-explanatory. You type in a number there, and then when you click on the habitability button, it shows habitability of planets for a race with that ideal environment. To see what planets you can colonize profitably, you'd want to put 160 in there. I enter 190, and so on.

Also, you forgot your research bonus, and your growth rate is 5.5%, not 6%.
As for terraforming, you spend 500p for each point you want to shift it, times the planet's size. For a size 10 planet, you pay 5000p per point, for a size 3 planet, 1500p per, and so on.
