It's almost ridiculously simple. Click on the link to mapViewer.swf. Then click on the planets. That's about all there is to it. (On your end, anyway; Nirur Torir has to make some XML.)

Ragnarok97071: Your racial traits are acceptable, but the flavor doesn't really fit in with the rest of the game.
Please submit a sample turn so we may iron out any difficulties before the real game begins. Your environmental tolerance is 65, with a planetary environment of 55. Size is 10, quality is 100, population is 5000 million, with 5000 manufactories. 5000 starting wealth.

Apologies, didn't notice this until now, was out, and then had a bunch of other stuff going on. Respectfully requesting an extension, though I may not need it, as I will begin working on it now.

Also the fluff can be changed. I was merely going to use the same name, leader, and some of the strategy, mostly.

I was going to take all their empires, but then SOME people decided I should not start out four times as big.

Ironyowl, you're welcome to join, if you think you can keep up despite being busy. I should be able to get the turns out no later then 24 hours after the last player posts their actions, and most of the workload is on the players. (That's mostly why so many players dropped out)

Unless there are any objections, I'll set it so that there are six planets per player, plus a few for the NPC nation.

The maths is actually quite easy when the equations are fully understood, on that note, Nirur, can you please rewrite the equations of the sample turns to be a bit more clear (as in fully explained)

Yeah. I think to put that into prospective, on the last map there was (if my math is right) 7.9 planets per player +4 npc planets.
