Guys, you'll never believe me, but I think it just happened. There are piles of clothes on the street and the Christians I know seem to be gone.

This is the worst joke I have ever said. Seriously.

Theologically speaking, not even the Son knows when the trumpet will sound. Christ obviously comprehends the entire volume of the Word as well as nearly everything more, so anyone who supposes that either God would tell them the hour or that they've found the secret date in the Bible places himself as a higher prophet than Christ.

These sorts of predictions were what got you branded a heretic back in the 'good old days'.

Precisely. NO fundamentalist believes in this, even those that believe in the Rapture in the first place. This is nothing less than an extra-biblical cult, not a fundamentalist movement. Learn the difference before you start throwing terms around.

God's probably trolling us and won't start until the 22nd.

Worst. Day. Ever.
Funny thing, that's what my boss - a pastor who thinks this guy saying it's the end is BS - said that's what God is likely going to do.

But I'm getting sick of him saying it's the End Times anyway, reason being the false prophet(this guy saying the world ends tomorrow), all the wars(fun fact, there's fewer wars today than there ever was in recorded history), and all the earthquakes(another fun fact, an earthquake isn't the end of the world... except for the people hit by an earthquake :().

And that Rapture prank, leaving the clothes around. Totally awesome idea. I wish I saw that before going to work today.

Hmm, if the world ends I think I'l use the chaos to my advantage and become a warlord. Always wanted to rule with an iron fist. I should think of a suitable name for my territory...

There is no good definition of fundamentalist because so many different groups with radically different beliefs call themselves fundamentalists.

It's actually quite specific with Protestants. Nothing is keeping this particular group from qualifying as fundamentalist, though.

I think I've decided one a name. The Grimshot Imperium shall do nicely for now. Alrighty, who wants to become a loyal minion? Armor and weapons are handed out on a first come first serve basis.

New York City will be safe in the impending apocalypse, according to Mayor Michael Bloomberg's clear and grounded leadership.

Greetings from the 21st!

There's still nobody missing, but we're a bunch of bastards around here anyway, so it's kinda inconclusive.
