yeah, geemers and zoomers should lay eggs.  when i had them reproduce normally it was worse than a catsplosion so i changed it to eggs.

Suggestion: Rename the wagon building "Downed spacecraft". Suddenly you have a story.

So what things you wanted to put in the original are uncodable? What have you managed to alter to fit in the game?

Things like samus spawning AND fleeing is impossible (the best i could do was make her a megabeast), you can't have non-space pirates hold positions in your dwarf fort (ridley also got demoted to a megabeast, so did mother brain) and you can't make creatures in workshops (no phazon creatures or phazon pirates), and some other things i can't think of off the top of my mind.

With the next update i'll start keeping a list of what has been added to the game.  Gonna see if i can make a special workshop for phazon manufacturing, add in a few metroid-universe foods and plants, tubes, and maybe add in another race, though that would push the update back a bit.  anything else you guys would like to see?

update's out, i added in the luminoth (those moth things from metroid prime 2).  they're like elves in that they hate it when you cut down trees, but instead of being short lived pests they live for thousands of years and are many times bigger than the dwarves and oh god why did i program them to be this strong

also made zoomers and geemers live longer, and added in some plants and toys as well.  can't figure out how to make a reaction for tubes, when (or if) i do i'll add them in.  until then theres just a toy called the "funtube" and an unused tube armor.

update, changed phazon to be more common, fixed some bugs, rebalanced a few creatures and the new metals, and added in some robots.

okay so

should i add in more music to the loop (like norfair and kraid themes) or should i change it to a theme of metroid prime music?  the prime music sounds better because its fully orchestrated, but the NES metroid is more nostalgic and fits the graphics better i think...

I think the Super Metroid music, it sounds good and fits with the game more than Prime.

There are 8-bit versions of Prime's music on youtube, you could ask for permission and add it to the mod.

probably going to end up combining a few super metroid songs after all.

also, is there a better name to call a sword arm than "sword arm"?  i feel like it could be called something so much cooler...
