It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Diggerbot is now M.O.D.S. V1.

...The bid viewer is impressed! the price is not as likable as before, though.

"Sir!" say a scientist, punching the door open.
"Mr. Free, did you not see the 'Meeting in progress' sign?" You say evenly.
"Oh...sorry. But we have a better name for the MODS unit!" Scientist Free says, a bit less excitedly. You motion him to get on with it.
"The M.O.L.E.

Mining
Omnidirectional
Land
Excavator"

The bid viewer is interested still, so you point out the non-price things!

Am I Scientist Free now? If so, I go back to my job, whatever that may be, and get to work.

Do you want to be him? I'd just picked the first last name I could think of, you can change it if you want.

Due to lack of Lilli lately, you promote some other guy to hard the Tertiary Research Team, who are the Sand researchers.
Who was he?
(You guys can assume a character if you want, but its your job to keep track of him and/or her, since I'm not trying to run a multiplayer game right now)

Tough there have been an incident some days earlier, Basalt arguing with Lilli on which direction the sand research should go. *shifty eyes*

Ah yes, Doctor Basalt.

Meanwhile, the bid viewer is impressed, but still overwhelmed by the technobabble included in the explaination of Explodyportal.
He gives the M.O.L.E. V1 the go ahead to the semi-finals. and asks for a simplified explanation of Explodyportal next time. He then takes out his binoculars, and watches the neighbors mine still be to volatile, texts the leader over there about it, and leaves, lettuce sandwich in hand.
