HAMMER the executive board out of their bonuses. You need those more than they do.
What executive board? That meeting was just whoever was smartest and/or most awake at the time per department.
They have heads, and are part of a department. Thus, department heads.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

You HAMMER several sleeping bank employees  at Bank of Empirical. They turn out to be robots, and explode into piles of money that are quickly sucked up by the fans until a guard comes in and turns it off. He then gives you a fair-sized chunk of the resultant moneypile to not tell anyone about this.

The PROTOMONKEY CANNON is now armed and prepared for Primary Testing.
Will this first of three stages involve testing on humans, or should that be postponed?

Current Work:
Research: Portal Device (Average Progress)
Testing: (Kids) Monkey Cannon. (1/3)
Production: N/A

Successful Projects: Umm...
Scrapped Projects: None
Projects Abandoned to mail-order and door salesman tactics due to horribad sales: Manageroid.
Projects That Most Definitely Did Not Exist (PTMDDNE) (no, we did not think such a bad idea would work, thats silly): Well of course theres None, we aren't idiots.

First title attempt, please refine:

Hammer
And
Monkey
Metallurgical
Experimental
Research

If we have test robots, we should use those first!

We have the Manageroids, if you want to use them. They were supposed to be a Robot Replacement for having Managers.

Hmm.

Rig up the PROTOMONKEY CANNON (#1) to fire a monkey. Said monkey will be shot into the other PROTOMONKEY CANNON, labelled #2, which will shoot the monkey back into PROTOCANNON #1. If test is successful, replace monkey with Manageroid-dressed-as-monkey and sell as decoration. Nothing can go wrong.

So you guys also want to make a ROBOT CANNON out of the same blueprints? We'd need to reshape the cannon innards to fit a non-monkeyshaped robot.

I think we should focus on the Monkey shooting aspect first and then develop a robot variant after the bugs have been worked out.

Also we should get the marketing department working on how viable a monkey and/or robot shooting gun would be among children.

The Cannons are set up, and the monkey loaded. it quickly scampers out and attempts to chew on the shiny cameras, though, so the cannons are disassembled and taken back to development.

Have R&D design a flame-resistant harness system to hold the monkey in, which automatically disconnects and retracts just before the charge is ignited

They suggest just making the harness out of rubber, and turning the cannon into a Very Technological Slingshot of some kind instead.
