Not unless the Titan is stunned or webbed.

Stunning would be easier by making the titan fall via portcullis or something.

How exactly does one "web" cages?
Capture a Giant Cave Spider.  Have it shoot web at something near the cages.  Getting it to do so can be tricky, since they don't like to shoot web at anything they can't reach, and a non-tame GCS can be difficult to safely recage.  Note also that a cage trap with webbing on it will catch anything that steps on it, including your own dwarves.

If the titan in question can fly, I think that an elaborate water-flusing system can smash them against walls and floors hard enough to stun them for caging. 

Difficult to set up, but I for one would certainly prefer to capture them :)
