What is sad was I watched "The Green Zone" (or the Green mile I forget) and I was waiting for George Bush to say "Mission accomplished" but they didn't show that part. The BEST part of the speach...

Though mainly because it was such a farse that it would have taken away from the movie.

Not that the movie was really all that good... though the reason why is obvious. How do you have an action hero who cannot actually harm the villains?

It might be just euphoria, and that's probably a chunk of it.  But it might mean that since this is a big turning point, our overseas wars should wind down soon, diverting money away from military operations and towards more productive uses.

So a small team of US Operatives (He didn't specify what branch, obviously still classified) got in a fucking firefight, killed bin laden, got his body, and exfiltrated WITHOUT A SINGLE CASUALTY.

US Operatives means it could be CIA, Delta Force (Likely), Rangers(also likely) SEALS(Very likely, those guys are badasses) . It's classified for now, probably will be for the next 60 years.
