Yes, it doesn't change anything. Al Queda is suprisingly resilient...

But, I take what petty joy I can in what little victories we accomplish.

Also, I was reminded of a qoute from LOTR...

Again, if this confession was extracted was accurate. Given the 183 waterboardings mentioned in the link, I'm going to be pretty skeptical of anything the guy said.
