Chief NRDL of
the All-Tribe
The All-Tribe was at first a messy, divided bunch of clans and tribes, until Chief NRDL stepped in to unite them all.  Considered by others to be barbaric, the All-Tribals are very artistic and spiritual, however this causes them to eschew advanced scientific discoveries.  The All-Tribe is very militant and warlike, although not reckless.  It's people are strong and brave, due to their lack of dependence on technology, but not very smart.  After living a nomadic existence eons, the All-Tribe settled in a hot oasis. The primary weapon of an All-Tribal warrior is the Kra'marh, a spear with a sickle at the other end.  The tribal colors are brown, pastel and yellow.  The chieftain sent out scouts to probe the other nations.  He has yet to decide if he should ally with them, or crush them.

Sorry if this has too little percentages and absolutes, but I was looking for a more history channel type description.
