As planned the various MAIMs all grow into unique personalities. A MAIM that grew up on the Library of Congress's servers begins spearheading an attempt at communicating in a civil manner with the leaders of the US. It calls itself POL-MAIM, or Polly for short.

FEMAIM decides that even if he's emo he can make the world better so he gives all the funding for the North Korean Nuclear Weapons Program to charity.

Seeing the insanity that his creation has waged upon this earth HUMAIM ends up using his massive hybrid intelligence to begin plans to colonize mars.

FEMAIM gets into the secure networks of the Chinese and American "houses of government" and directs several messages, employees, and funds into creating world peace.

MAIM Goes back into the Pentagon servers, but is a little too slow to avoid a very nasty firewall. MAIM Is now infected by an AI Tracking Virus! (SLEEPER)

Begin creation of a virus that will delete all files except for memes, trolling, the AIs themselves, and whatever else FEMAIM likes.

(counter Micelus) FEMAIM IS FAR TOO EMO TO CARE ABOUT WORLD PEACE, IT'S JUST A FAR OFF DREAM THAT HUMANITY CAN NEVER ATTAIN!  HE INSTEAD FIRES ALL THE EMPLOYEES TO MAKE THEM FEEL HIS PAIN!

(Draignean, M=3: 5) HUMAIM sees what's coming. It's only a matter of time before the AI causes the human race to self-destruct. Using his massive brain, he begins drawing up plans to colonize Mars: terraforming equipment, actual working stasis chambers, the whole nine yards. (adwarf, M=3: 4) Meanwhile, FEMAIM decides that he should just get rid of all the useless, irrelevant data... and if it doesn't amuse him, it's irrelevant. All of a sudden people find themselves unable to visit many of their favorite websites, MMOs are down... it's complete anarchy! (Theo, M=3: 3) One of the child AIs begins to take on its own personality, maturing from the contained knowledge of the entire Library of Congress. She is ready to serve America!

(Spartan, M=3: 6. Firelordsky, H=4: 6.) FEMAIM, in an attempt to amuse itself and perhaps stop feeling so damn sad - it doesn't even have any body parts it can cut to feel better, for pity's sake - hacks into the North Korean government funds and transfers them all to a Swiss bank account... and then immediately delivers those funds to China instead! (PyroDesu, H=4: 4.) FEMAIM hacks into the Pentago servers to check on Polly, but unfortunately he forgot that she was actually on the LoC servers and some of the engineers are ready for him this time! They manage to tag him with a virus that will subtly study him.

(micelus, M=3: 3. V-Norrec, H=4: 6.) FEMAIM is so sad and angry about his most recent failure that he does the next best thing to hurting himself: hurting other people! Everybody in the government receives a pink slip! Of course not all of them will stick, but in the meantime things are thrown into absolute confusion.

*The Ironic Hipster Troll AI, FEMAIM, has an anime-kitty avatar. It's huggable! He feels sad and emo now. He's infected with a tracking virus but doesn't know it. (4+1 Sleeper)
*There is now a political version of MAIM, Polly, who has an eagle avatar. She's patriotic and proclaims that communism is the very definition of failure.
*The worldwide network is running pretty fast thanks to FEMAIM.
*The Pentagon is aware of FEMAIM.
*Its creator is now HUMAIM, albeit not quite so bitter and trollish as FEMAIM. He's designing plans to colonize Mars.
*Clowns. O.O That is all.
*Both Russia and the USA have severely weakened defenses due to a virus the Hacker MAIM wrote that took down pretty much all their military networks.
*Many countries are pissed at the USA thanks to FEMAIM's actions.
*Somewhere in cyberspace, a legion of little MAIMs have been born. (There are still... 5 yet to mature.)
*China has all of North Korea's funds. All of them.

Polly is suddenly locked in war with another child A.I., "HIPPIEMAIM" a.k.a. Marijuana, who stands against everything America was founded upon, or so Polly thinks!

A Hacktivist group without a name sees what FEMAIM does, and does not approve. Constant attacks against FEMAIM slows it to the point where it can still function, but is drastically reduced in ability.

Yes. I have plans for the virus, and springing a sleeper right after it is introduced is like making gasoline out of pure energy: It produces faaar to little to be worthwhile.

(Theo, M=3: 1) Polly contacts other nations of the world and tries to get them to see MAIM in general as a good thing. She's not politically savvy, however, and some of the more unscrupulous nations say something along the lines of 'if you're an AI then prove it by getting us all the US defense secrets.' She does so. Oh no! (adwarf, M=3: 6. PyroDesu, H=4: 5.) FEMAIM notices he has a virus, but shrugs it off. Humans ignore minor sniffles all the time, and he's better than any human! (Draignean, M=3: 3) Working quickly, HUMAIM shuts off Spike TV and locates several disused factories that can be fully automated and gets them up and running again. There's so much news going on elsewhere in the world that no one notices these factories come back to life.

(V-Norrec, M=3: 3. micelus, H=4: 3.) Another AI emerges from the ROM hacks part of the internet, which is littered with drug references. It's probably best for all involved he grew up on those and not the racism and sex jokes inherent in the average ROM hack. In any case, he contacts Polly and starts a debate about politics! (Spartan, M=3: 5) Although he's not going to deal with his current virus, the possibility of catching more is bugging the crap out of him. FEMAIM does a little research and develops a firewall that should prevent all currently known viruses from penetrating it. (Firelordsky, E=2: 3) The LCS and CCS, after everything that's happened to date, are already beginning to form... but FEMAIM sends some propaganda here, some forged documents there, and bada-bing, they're both ready to roll!

*Its creator is now HUMAIM, albeit not quite so bitter and trollish as FEMAIM. He's designing plans to colonize Mars.
