Gallows finally does something about the power armor problem, and creates a helmet for it with a clear visor, so that he can tell who is his ally and who are his enemies. He also memorises all of the faces he sees on a regular basis, and ones that he comes into contact with, using his extreme intelligence to do this effectively.

Doctor Gallows' robot minions gain free will after a drunken rebel messes them up with a magnetic ray and turn against him, opening the base doors for the army!

Sleeper: The chemicals he has been using are having an unnoticed effect on his internal organs, including his brain.

The FBI cut a deal with some captured rebles for info. (GM Note: I'm going to be nice and assume a few rebels survived the machine guns with only NEARLY fatal injuries and were captured.)

They are patched up and give the FBI a decent description of the layout of the complex. (Talarion, M=3: 5) Meanwhile, Gallows makes some minor adjustments to the power armor design and memorizes his entire roster. An easy task. (breadbocks, M=3: 1) The army are obstinate bastards. They're not pulling out until they've lost several moar divisions!

(V-Norrec, M=4: 4. Noah2223, H=4: 2.) Unknown to the doctor and his assistants, the chemicals are incubating in Marmot. Who knows what the result will be? (Digital Hellhound, E=2: 1.) One of the robot assistants gets fried by a stray magnetic ray; its entire motherboard is wiped clean as a result. Doctor Gallows smacks the taste out the mouth of the dumbass who did it and makes him sit in the corner for a few hours, thoroughly humiliating him.

Marmot Gallows now has an IQ in the mid 200s and superior strength and agility. His assets include increased intelligence, a pair of robot minions, an army of rebels at 85% strength, and a base hidden in Death Valley so it's very hard to find and get to. His army is equipped with plasma weapons and high-tech armor. Magnetic ray attachments are being produced for his soldiers. His rival-turned-lover, Scarlet Shadow, is a combat expert and has her own army of shinobi (at 85% strength). The US Army is mobilizing an attack on the base and have managed to kill some of the doctor's soldiers, but have been devastated by an orbital cannon.

All these chemicals are having an odd effect incubating in Gallows... (Team Failure Sleeper, 4+1)

If things go bad here it won't matter if he's got the sniffles or not, and he's aware of it. (Digital Hellhound, H=4: 2. breadbocks, N/A) The army tries to get bunker-busters authorized only to find out they don't have any to authorize in the first place. Someone in the brass needs to call up GenCorp or GeneriBiz and get them making bombs, damn it! (wolfchild, M=3: 4) For some mysterious reason the power at the base is out. Someone's going to have to go fix that.
