On the way to the john from the sideffects, he trips on a loose panel, and falls face first onto a table that has some heavy objects on it. they are flung and hit a ninja in the face.
Gallows suddenly begins to feel the side effects of those experimental chemicals. Namely, involuntary bowel movements and randomly shouting expletives. . . loudly.

(V-Norrec, M=3: 6. Noah2223, H=4: 1) Unfortunately increased mental powers seems to have come with decreased physical skills. While he's able to avoid anything truly embarrassing, as he's intelligent enough to have installed a lot of 'facilities' around the base, he's started to cuss his soldiers out a whole lot more and finds himself with a lot more time to think. If you know what I mean. (This comic book must've been made in the 90s.) (Talarion, M=3: 2. wolfchild, N/A.) Gallows is too busy trying to deal with the complications to make a new weapon.
(Grimmjow6th, M=3: 1) Dr. Gallows manages to avoid tripping and falling down. Luckily for him... and the nearby ninja that was acting as a bodyguard. (breadbocks, H=4: 1) Again, Gallows is tied up with more pressing matters. The army hasn't gotten there yet anyway since they're having to deal with a lot of red tape. Ah, the bureaucracy.

Marmot Gallows has a few complications resulting from the intelligence serum. His assets include increased intelligence, a trio of robot minions, an army of rebels, and a base hidden in Death Valley so it's very hard to find and get to. His army is equipped with plasma weapons and high-tech armor that makes them all look the same. Magnetic ray attachments are being produced for his soldiers. His rival-turned-lover, Scarlet Shadow, is a combat expert and has her own army of shinobi to bolster the ranks of the soldiers. The US Army is mobilizing an attack on the base.
