TURN 8/25

(Talarion: Med=3: 5) One of GenCorp's factories has several mechanical errors, necessitating shutting it down for a few weeks while repairs are made. (Dwarmin: Med=3: 4) GenCorp increases security measures in their factories, suspecting sabotage to be the reason behind the errors in the factory. (Taricus: Hard=4: 2) The LCS cases GenCorp headquarters but find no way to get in without triggering several alarms. They are forced to call off the raid. (Krath: Med=3: 6) Suspecting it to be a liberal front, the CCS raids a GeneriBiz factory! It is forced to shut down for several weeks to replace traumatized/killed workers, repair machinery, and buy equipment that had been stolen. (choobakka: Med=3: 2) JK feels fine; a little unhealthy eating now and then isn't going to kill him. :3  (wolfchild: Easy=2: 2) Public sympathy for GeneriBiz grows and stocks rise slightly despite the damage to business.

NOTES: Anna is an 8-year-old socialist. JK, president of GenCorp, is not eating healthy.

1st 1/2 of May - Halford Residence situation

Things could be going better, but with his daughter returned Bruce feels more positive about things than he did a few months ago. He's still slightly disgruntled. Mother's Day is coming up on the 13th!

The president of Gen-Corp goes to a doctor, and she tells him he needs to cut down on stress, so he heaps most of his responsibilities on bruce, without giving him any extra pay or privilages

Gencorp comes under government scrutiny after the factory shuts down after allegations of poor working conditions. Gencorp finds itself with several large fines.

TURN 9/25

(choobakka: Med=3: 3) It turns out GeneriBiz's line of children's toys are manufactured in China, and the paint used in them can be poisonous when ingested. "This is why you buy American," says the CCS. >.> (wolfchild: Med=3: 5) After a doctor's visit, JK takes a vacation from work for a few weeks. As the next highest person on the corporate ladder, Bruce is forced to do his job as well as his own, fraying his nerves. (Krath: Easy=2: 2) But with doing JK's job comes a small portion of his paycheck, and he uses the extra money (as well as the trade-in value on his old car) to get a new sports car. A bit of unwise spending perhaps but sometimes you just have to make yourself feel better.

(Dwarmin: Med=3: 2. Sleeper was activated last turn. ^^) Bruce has the machine patented, but with all the work piled on him he can't spare any time to stort on it. :( (Talarion: Med=3: 1) After having had their house burgled repeatedly, Bruce spends some of the remaining money from his bonus to install a security system, and a would-be thief is caught and arrested. (Taricus: Med=3: 4) A story about poor working conditions whips the media into a frenzy! Whether or not the allegations are true, the government levies heavy fines on GenCorp anyway. Things are looking bad financially for the company.

NOTES: Anna is an 8-year-old socialist. JK, president of GenCorp, is not eating healthy and is on vacation to remedy this, leaving Bruce to do his job.

TEAM SUCCESS: 47 points

2nd 1/2 of May - Halford Residence situation

Bruce's health is starting to deteriorate due to his perpetually frazzled condition. Perhaps the music festival on the 30th to celebrate International Jazz Day will soothe his nerves.
