The dwarves test out a new form of cleardigging, liking clearcutting. They dig ut a rectangle of the floor, causing it to cvein on a spot. This spot happens to be over the gobboes.

TURN 6/25

(Taricus, D=5: 4) The nightwing riding gobbos try to fly into the narrow underground passage leading into the fortress, but it ends disastrously! (Grimmjow6th, H=4: 6) The goblins bring out the big guns: way elephants they had captured from the same elves they had used as cannon fodder earlier. They mount up and prepare for attack!

(Powder Miner, M=3: 4) The overseer, ignoring all the goblins, orders the dwarfs to channel out an area so they can dump all the dead vermin the cats keep dragging around. They do so, and the goblisn find themselves crushed under falling rock and dead rats! UGH! (wolfchild, H=4: 1) Dwarf caravans don't normally arrive during the spring, and the Crypt of Drills isn't an exception. :-\ (Draignean, D=5: 6. That's 5+4 sleeper points o.o) Kreengus walks around the corner with all of the star rubies, raw adamantine, and black opals in the fortress. What a haul! he thinks... right before a mad dwarf named Kel Tomborders spies him. "Skulking filth!" he yells, shooting his crossbow.

*The flying bolt strikes the kobold thief in the head, shattering the skull and tearing the brain!
Kreengus has been shot and killed.
Kel Rakustlotol begins working on a mysterious construction...*

Notes: Kel has a masterwork steel crossbow and matching bolts, and is working on an artifact...

TEAM SUCCESS: 35 points
TEAM FAILURE: 29 points

The last item Kel needs is outside the fortress, and thus he goes insane due to not being able to get it.

Th dwarves laugh as a sqyad of 40 marksdwarves peppers the goblins from behind fortifications. THis fortress has 10 bowyers, you see,

Cancel action, that doesn't happen because troll's dont come from caverns, and the trolls outside are busy being peppered with bolts from lotsa marksdwarved behind fortifications (the fortress has ten bowyers)
