I tend to bite limbs off of anything that attacks me, then Throw it back using the tooth responsible for said limb removal. It's just another way to say hello, really. Especially with bogeymen.

This is one of my favourite things.

You sever the heads of 16 townspeople, you get about 6 gems or other precious objects, you kill the leader and grab his or her corpse and you arrange them in a pattern. You then drink the blood of the leader. The leader corpse must be placed on a plant so you can set it ablaze after feasting.

Me? Oh I'm twisted.

I wander the wilds on a quest to take out a leader of a bandit camp.  Prior to this I've snuck around a town for a few in-game days so I'm quite the sneaky bastard by this point.

Then I sneak up behind the bandit leader, and take him out with a knife to his throat.

Then I slip away into the darkness, without killing anything else.

What? I was hired to take out a bandit leader, not his whole troop.

What do you think I am? A MURDERER?! Pfft.

no an elf would hire someone else to do it.
This is Human type stuff. Though I guess leaving them with out a leader causes them to all kill each other for power fearing the usurper going to come in to their tent and slit their throat.

I once wounded an entire hamlet so bad that most of them were crawling. Every time I got a coup de grace strike (where you basically get a free perfect hit chance anywhere you like) I would cut off their nose and take it, leaving them alive.

By the time I died, I had de-nosed or killed the entire populace of the hamlet before drowning in a river.

Dunno if this really counts as sadistic, but once as a void master I broke a Kobold child's neck, gouged out his eyes, and blasted him into a wall, causing him to blow apart.

Well... sadistic you say? Well im not that kind of guy.

Once i spent 2 nights in a town, resulting in 200+ peasant kills. Was spearing them down to ground, and ones who survived the initial hit, got stomped, or they're necks broken.

When even i get sent to kill a ring leader, i stab all they're limbs (not the body) till they can't even crawl, then i break every joint and bone on they're limbs using hammer, misc. object, or wrestling, and then slice off ears, nose, and fingers one by one. After that i practice throwing fingers and ears at the victim, till it bleeds to death.

I took my thirteen kids out into the wilderness for training.  I'd wander around until we ran into a pack of wolves.  I'd stand back and let the kids do the fighting, not stepping in unless one of them was about to be torn to pieces.  When the wolves were dead I'd pack up, and the kids that could still walk came with.  I lost five kids out there--left them sobbing over broken legs in a pile of dead wolves--but I only saw one of them die.  He was unusual in that he died without suffering a single wound.  No, what killed him was dodging. Dodging away from a wolf, into a stagnant pool.  I had the other kids stand around the pool and watch him as he thrashed about and called out to us.  Not until he had drowned and sunk to the bottom did I give the sign to move on.

The eight remaining I took with me to the next elven civilization.  We killed a lot of elves.  The kids died too, one by one, while the survivors grew ever more skilled.  The more forest retreats we sacked, the more their numbers dwindled.  By the time we slew the last elf, there were only two kids left.

This was a problem.  I'd hoped there would only be one.

The solution was simple.  I chose one of them at random and beat him to death with a demon's skull.

Then I turned to the last one, who was now hammering ineffectually on me with her little fists.  She was a fighter, that girl. I don't remember her name.  Something starting with an A, I think?  Something pretty.  I wish I could remember her name.

I play a character who somehow manages to dualwield two masterwork adamantine 2h swords despite being a dwarf, (words)

I think adamantine has about the same density as styrofoam, so it wouldnt be too hard

I was thinking more along the lines of size, rather than mass, seeing as how by any sort of logic (in a game with unmodded weapon raws, anyway  ) each of the swords would be taller than the dwarf herself, making it just a tad bit awkward to swing both at once while in full plate armor.

the guy who took on students to teach them only to whittle down to 2 kids. On their final test they must face him in a battle to the death. This spark cause the man fear for once in his jaded apathetic life that she could be the one to kill him and end his "Evil" reign.  So he during his massive paranoia call upon the Dark creator of Meat, Sinew and bone to grant him the power to brutally murder this girl. the Dark Creator Granted him this wish on the cost of his Sanity Conscience and his Dwarfity(humanity) before the girls eyes her formal master Twisting his form into a freakish Humanoid shape of his former self bones showing muscles bursting from the warped skin and arm made of muscle on what one would say belly button. The Dark magic used on the former-dwarf slowly sap the girl her sanity as it too slowly change her into a tumor ridden freak unable to defend or lift a finger. the Monster took pleasure in ripping and pinching the tumors growing on the girl each broken tumor lead to another growing in it's place. The torture sure enough Filled the Dark Creator barrels with enough Pain to last 600 years(50 if she use it on a nice mince Elf roast.).Being pleased with the results allow for him to breed creating new race under her Dark rule. So that's why we have Night Creatures and bogeymen.

I know him silly lot he was well the most sadistic thing I done was throw a zombie at a meeting hall full of dwarves and watch them all kill each other.

I once had a fort that had several hundred *wooden menacing spike*s left, because I set them on repeat and forgot about them for some years. I took about 40 and killed everything and everyone I met by throwing oversized spears at them. Usually by the time they died they had 10 or so stuck in them, and every organ damaged one way or the other. Good times
