Technically, I was playing Battlecruiser Millenium. And yeah, I stopped playing it too. It's kinda like the FATAL of space combat/trade sims.

It's not FATAL if there is no dice roll for your ship's anus size.

Oh come on people. Stop flanderizing the damn thing - rolls for orifice circumference weren't the worst part of FATAL, as far as it being a PnP gaming system is concerned. I meant BC:M is similar to FATAL in a different way - they're both works by people with grand ideas, and they're both commendable efforts, but they both went horribly wrong.

Well FATAL was always intended as a Troll pnpRPG not really meant to be played.

I am still waiting for Minecraft IN SPACE to have gameplay elements that make it more strong.

Such as "align to closest object" being a user-triggered function that has a maximum range of 10 tiles?

someone needs to make a family tree of all the games that came from infiniminer and Dwarf fortress, so far Minecraft branch off many versions then Infiniminer got a side child called Ace of spades half sister to Minecraft, then Dwarf fortress got Dwarfs?, Goblin camp.
so this blockade runner a result of Minecraft mixing with SS14.

I'd like to see what will happen to this in 2 years :)

I bet it would be like Galaxy Wars et cetera. Defending your asteroid, conquering et cetera.

This sounds like what I wished Spacebuild was in Garrys Mod. Want complex mechanical/electrical systems.

Very interested, I like minecraft, but throw in proper fluid and a space setting and im sold.

Oddly enough this makes me with that the Space Station 13 Improved editions actually went somewhere.

Oooh.... new video is up!  8)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wWqBMhSxvM

I think this one is the best so far. Each time I see one of these I feel increasingly hopeful regarding the capabilities of this team.

Also, the web page has more information on it about the latest release then a day or so before.

New update is out!

Nothing major it seems this time, some new textures, a bug fix, and a revert to different scaling or something so more people can play the game. The last is a big deal for me, because I only have a laptop these days, and I haven't been able to play the last two releases.
