Arrrgh I can't find any chests ever.  I have since colonized a small map, though, and got my first mana!  Woo.

Yeah I know, thats why I said I only have small, inaccesible pockets of it. And it's hard getting deeper without the grappling hook. Gotta get one of those.

In fact, has anyone made a list of recpes already, or will we have to wait until some time after release to actually get it?

I would advise you don't. I'm going to freak when I have no skull, no rocketboots, no necro armor, and no ivy whip.

You know who else took the moral high ground? Elves. And look where it got them! nobody trades with elves, they just slaughter them at the depo, so nobody makes a profit. But through disregard but good intent, we may have encouraged others to want this game, and buy it when it comes out. Through our talk of the subject on this very thread, some lurker wants this badly enough to buy it now. And it's not like were not going to buy it when it comes out.
