Newbie here

Sup guys i started my adventure (this time i didn't die : )
so I'm moving on and after loads of elf bodies i find a better axe
but i don't know how to equip it nor the key for it


**Please help**

Whichever weapon or shield you've got in your hand is equipped by default. So to swap your weapon for another one you need to drop (d) the weapon you're currently carrying and get (g) the other one off the ground.

All your other clothes and armor have to be worn instead of carried to equip them. To put on more stuff just wear (w) it. If you can't wear any more stuff and want to swap something (eg you've just found this totally sweet Steel Breastplate but you can't put it on because you're willing a million coats and shirts) you can remove (r) some of your clothing.

You don't have to "d"rop the item, you can "p"ut it in your backpack.

You can actually carry all your old socks, shoes, shirts and thongs in your hands, and 't'hrow them at enemies before engaging in hand-to-hand combat... it makes for hilarious results when you break a bandit ringleader's spine with a well-aimed leather thong...
