Hmm, I think I'm going to give this game a try. From the descriptions of the game everyone was giving in this thread and the other, it sounds so wrong, but so fun too. And I do need something new to fool around with while I wait on some more df updates. So off I go to get horribly murdered or possibly mutated into some hideous freak of nature.

Nah, just give the Ether weapons to your pets.  Nothing rocks quite like a bear with the Ether Dagger, he he he.

Pro Tip: The elves that start in your house are dicks.  Buy a nuke and kill them for their gear!  Bwah ha ha!

Just found a quest to nuke Palmia and did it. That was pretty fun, especially looting it afterwards. Found a couple cards and figurines, and some other assorted junk. Had to run early when I saw the king and queen had both not only survived, but were really a bit peeved and had started chasing me. Accidently ran through a fire on the way out and lost a rod of identify and teleport. Could've been worse I guess, though now I'm hiding out in Derphy for awhile teehee. I do like that reward for the quest though.

I got a spell book of wishing a a handful of recharge scrolls with a low casting skill but a ridiculous amount of stocked spells. How far do you think i can get by spamming spells to get my casting up then spamming wish spells?

Also have an alchemy rod, gives me mischievous things to do with it.
