I think mutation dreams are separate from cursed whispers.

They don't curse things, but they do come in the same form as the cursed whisperings. Though that said, I suspect they are a third sort. I suspect the game has a set limit of positive mutations you can have, and beyond that limit will take them away very quickly if you acquire more. I drank a blessed potion of evolution, gaining +fire resist and +speed. 2 sleeps later, I get 2 of the cursed-whispering style dreams, taking away both fire resist and speed.

That is why taking the prayer to remove cursed whispering dreams is a requirement.

Well...that and having mutation protection equipment once you have a good set of mutations.

That's always the first feat I take. And that it mutates away specifically the new mutations I acquire suggests it's a separate game mechanic involving mutation count.

As for mutation protection, good point. Guess I'll starting carrying a fairy-hat nightcap :P

If you intend to have a museum in Elona+ (at least in 1.19) , get Yacatect of Wealth , the passive ability given increase a lot the chance of a monster leaving its card and figurine behind, and that's actually working great as i accumulated a lot of them (thanks for the additional storage that the bandits and putit dungeons are in Vernis).

Her given pet special ability (eat 1 food on dungeon -> give 1 platinium coin) seems to be bugged as it worked only once (in fact the 1st time it ate something) when i got it +/- at level 8 and now i just reached level 20 and since all that time i was eating a lot and never gave anything anymore...

But at least it has as much item slot as a human for some reasons, so it can become a good melee fighter if well equipped.

The reason the goose has all human slots is because it's not a goose at all, it's actually a member of the Servant race like the other god pets. This means it gets all the normal slots, like the defender, cute fairy, black cat, etc.

Kinda weird how you can have a black cat/goose throw grenades and stuff at people, but I'm not complaining.

Those two are the evolutions, not the base pets.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

So, casino blackjack. Get to know that AI and it will be your friend. Especially on days where you have the +777 luck buff. :P

Went in with 17 chips, came out with 3 artifacts, 3 potions of potential, 10 potions of cure corruption, 7 scrolls of faith, 3 business cards, and various assorted equipment. 8)

Even had one round that went to 22 wins.

Been playing E+ myself; but they do come from some sort of gather spot; dunno which ones in particular. I typically just spam enter and pay attention to what I got a few days/months/years/never later. Judging by the number of dungeons I've done recently I've been getting around the order of 2-5 per dungeon.

Now to prepare food and spell stocks for my quarterly Etherwind Festival! :D
A full week of Fun festivities including:
  • Overcasting until your eyes bleed and not even Cure of Eris can stop them!
  • Casting powerful AOE spells on your friends until their eyes bleed! (builds character, dontcha know)
  • Beating the crap out of an immortal sandbagged bear, summoned for spell training convenience!
  • Large stores of food to prevent starvation while allowing for a full week of festivities!

I am the real reason everyone hides in shelters during the etherwind.

And with my magic arrow at level 99, it seems this Etherwind Festival will be when it hits 100. Though judging by damage increase with levels, Ice Ball will surpass its damage at a lower level than magic arrow. Huh. Anywho; level 99 magic arrow does 17d55 @ 31 mana cost for those interested. Level 43 Ice Ball does 13d51 @ 41 mana cost in a surround. So yeah.

This seems...oddly amusing. I recall looking at this a few times, but never paying too much attention. Where do you suppose I begin?
