WWUD if he had the clean all of the blood off of the fortress walls after a goblin invasion…with a living giant sponge?

Only clean the walls that are adjacent to the floors that he cleans. Any only clean floors that are nearby on his z-level when he is idle. Which is never, because he is currently spending eternity beating up an immortal sponge.

WWUD if, after twenty years, he actually managed to kill the thing?
