What would Urist Metalsmith do upon seeing a train kill people and a dwarf helping by shooting crossbow bolts from the inside?

What would Urist McPhilosopher do if the train was headed towards 5 elves, or, he can flip a rail switch and have the train run over two elves, but now he gets to take credit?

Urist McPhilosopher is a dwarf philosopher. Naturally, Urist will flip the switch so that the train runs over two elves and he takes credit for the deaths.

He'd arrest the tantruming dwarf, then go get a drink and do other things for several months, meanwhile the arrested dwarf dies of dehydration sobriety.

Chase the koboid and cut off one leg corresponding to the leg Urist lost (if lost left leg, take left leg, if lost right leg take right leg) then atach newly aqquired leg into where Urist's leg used to be

What would the Koboid do if it's leg was stolen and placed on the dwarf it stole a leg from?
