Passively-aggressively sabotage the fort by pulling random levers, gelding breeding animals, mixing up work orders and "accidentally" leaving magma pumps on.

What would Urist do if they were abducted by an eldritch horror?

Nothing would happen because insane statements like that are the norm so it's nothing noteworthy

Wwud if he managed to combine a forest retreat and dwarfiness in a non-elf killing and burning fashion
(I'm thinking lots of sunshine brew and the trees holding up stone rooms for nobles and magma pouring down from the stone buildings, into a artificial river of magma and magma moat that eventually cycles back to the pump tank)

Overseer sended Urist McMagmaProof to the danger room. Urist died, and his skin was used to make magma proof suits for miners.
