While Im almost certain Urist doesnt respect familial relationships and the rule of thumb (third cousins, but without genes to inbreed why should he?  has anyone done any, uh, 'family dynamics' science?), Urist is monogamous.   thus he would get a net happy thought from entering his room: seeing his sister, wife, and superior bed would make him happy.        WWUD if Freddy from Friday the 13th?

Get the medical staff to remove all legs below to knee so that haulers and the like can fit through corridors and doors without having to stoop. Other than that, very little change. Except to ramp up the xenophobia of course, since you can't tell someone's disposition towards you by race alone any more.
