Ignore the problem; dwarf behavior is totally unaffected by which god they worship. Then he'd tantrum because he's mad about having been accosted by terrible vermin lately.

Stop using it. However, the whole army would throw their weapons and armour away in the middle of a goblin ambush, since their material is now forbidden to use.
