Not much, given that swimming is a useless skill more than ninety-nine percent of the time. That one percent is when the fortress becomes a "water" park. Much !!FUN!! will be had.

Make elves pay tribute to maintain small patches of forest whilst making the most awesome bonefire ever.

[This is a well-crafted burning man.  It is made of featherwood, Acacia wood, and forest spirit.  It meances with spikes of elf bone, and is encircled with rings of highwood.  On it is an image of dwarves and elves.  The elves are terrified.  The elves are worshipping the dwarves.  The dwarves are bored.  The dwarves are burning hippiewood.]
