Be pregnant a smaller percentage of the time. Probably wouldn't be able to figure it out and the dwarven race would sputter out and die, but there's a small chance it'd go on long enough for them to figure out that the requirements changed from "in the same loaded region (fortress)" to "physical contact with a suitable mate (in the same tile, like a bed)" and she'd end up pregnant on a regular basis again.

WWUD when left alone in the bowels of the earth, as her blood, spewing form pike-induced wounds, fueled a new race of dwarven vampires in the fortress whose well she was stuck in?

Phsyically she bleeds out into dark yet vague nightmare.  Mentally she probly remembers that one time a boot camp where she grabbed a guy by his upper front tooth and bit is lower back tooth an then threw him into submission.

WWUD if she knew the time, place and manner of her own death?
