Nothing. He's already in the alcohol stockpile,  which is the only kind of food stockpile he wants to infest.

What would Urist do if everyone was turned into giant roaches?

Jump into magma, float as he is far less dense than the magma, and immediately die from the massive amount of heat exposure. His corpse however would keep on bobbing in place until moved.

WWUD if he was a footballer? Football as in foot + spherical ball, as opposed to Football involving hand + oblong ball.

Nothing, as dwarves can't can't to four, without a special hormone being enabled by the gods, and even then it is only one dwarf at a time. And that dwarf is busy counting every single plump helmet in the storage room.

WWUD if he could count to four, and suddenly tetris?

Get his limbs cut off by his superior foe, then bite the Black Knight's throat out along with his limbs. They would then bite each other until Urist bleeds to death. Finally, a sponge would come along and the Black Knight would battle him forever.

What would Urist do if he was in guarding the bridge and would have to stop King Arthur from getting across?

Nothing. Maybe deconstruct the bridge, but he's probably on break by now.

What would Urist do if he had to stop Robin Hood from crossing a bridge over what might charitably be called a stream?

Challenge Little John to a wooden spear spar-off with a pick stashed up his hammerstash.  When he was begining to lose he would dig out the tile under Little John, and we all know what would happen next...
