Not worry. Soon the colossus will realize it cannot become intoxicated nor possessed of a tongue, or even need to eat or drink, and stop.

WWUD if the colossus walked over to a wall and created another fifty colossi that pried themselves from the solid stone, then started wrecking the place?

Nothing. It doesn't go in a stockpile, and s/he hasn't been assigned to do an jobs that use bubble wrap.
