Come on, don't need to be like that.

Edit: I propose that any spare recruits that do not have a character assigned we pick up shall be mindless meatshields for the important characters. Because the Important characters are important.

I think CJ mentioned Red Shirts. If I remember correctly(I probably don't) then they have abysmally low stats, so they're consigned to Base Guard/ Chryssalid Food Duty.

I'd rather nobody become Chryssalid food.  Chryssalid food quickly becomes more Chryssalids, until nothing is left but Chryssalids.

Now, if it were possible for my character to...not be present during the Chryssalid missions, now I'm all for that!

Lies. You just put auto-shoot on, and hang out by the ship. Nothing gets by.

You know, my character may not be present during those missions either. I don't know how a stasis module can save me from getting impregnated by an Alien and being turned into a mindless zombie >_>

Considering my character is a revived head sewn upon a smattering of zombie parts, I can probably argue that upon approaching Chryssalid range, the head sort of pops off and skuttles back to the ship, or something.  You can't keep a good he-she down.

Played a little X-Com. A rawket launcher makes you invincible, unless it's night time, or you have no one but yourself. Or cramped spaces....

Wow. Three new pilots already. Looks like Luke won't have to spend all those nights alone with those 18+ comics anymore.

Or maybe he will. Who kn- No wait, yeah, hes going to spend his life alone.

Edit: I think I am already getting into my Jerky character >.>

You WERE playing on the easiest difficulty.

This LP is on the HARDEST difficulty.

Hell, I'm sure that if you have 6 guys sitting there that no crysalid will get through. And it was a terror mission. With 15 crysalids.

How else do you think they get more Browncoats to sell to you? Cloning? Bah. To expensive. Why reinvent what nature has already perfected?
