How would everyone feel if I let this "You are" die, and instead started an actaul game with players that each choose a different animal. And can fight, train skills, find items, quests, ect..? With some new elements I'm still working on.

To be honest, I don't think you start a multiplayer. Come up with a new idea for a forum game.
