What kind of cheese would be good to eat just as a hunk?

This may be weird, but this is how I eat camembert or brie. I can only afford to do this because a local store sells mini-wheels of them for 3 dollars apiece sometimes, though. What a day that was!

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Not weird at all, there are some cheeses I would eat like that, although cheese seems to be real expensive.

I was at this kind of food thing, where you could taste all kinds of foods from some kind of catering service or something, there was this cheese booth, with this italian man, good english for a country-side italian i'd say, but damn i could stay there forever.

He had all kinds of cheese, almost of dwarven cheesecraft quality (did i just make up a word?) DAMN I LOVED IT.
Cant remember the names though, here in Denmark we make alot of cheese, i think there is a good deal of dane in DF dwarves, as they love cheese and arts depicting it. Jesus christ. I love eating brie all kinds of ways, on toast, by itself and in my milk and and and
