You smash serve in front on oncoming traffic hitting alignment with the highway below, causing cars to swirve and crash into a small pile-up.

You crash through the cement barrier, totally ruining your car.

The airbag deploys as you smash into a big rig carrying fertilizing components.

You step out of the horribly mangled car.

It smells here.

You run to the end of the trailer door.

You open it up, some stuff falls out of the truck, traffic behind you goes WTF at the doors banging around at 80mphs.

The trucker takes notice of all of this and is pulling off towards an offramp.

He seems to be armed with a pitchfork.

Grab the pitchfork and swing it over your head, hoping to launch the trucker into the air.

After the driver is taken out, fertilizer blockade the highway.

You successfully pull back on your hand, ripping open the wound and spraying blood out everywhere like a firehose. You use this to your advantage, with your free hand you put your thumb over the end of the wound, and pressurize the spray like the nozzle of a garden hose to get him in the eyes.

You then throw your knife at his face. It hits him bang on, but it doesn't kill him. He comes charging at you with a knife stuck in his head.

...Step to the side as to avoid the pitch fork, then grab the hilt of the knife as to use his own momentum to shove it further into his head.
