Actually, there is another scenario, which I'm quite certain people will hate me for. The single player campaigns to Modern Warfare 1 and 2, while they were short, corny and totally ridiculous, is what made them somewhat enjoyable. The total pseudo realism of everything made it feel like a movie, and that cinematic realism was a pretty fun experience the first time through.

Really hard to say, so I'll just list a few, mostly ones that people have already said.  Pick whichever is worst.  Pokemon(Gold/Heart Gold), Kingdom Hearts(I enjoy the off-games that I've played as much as the main series), Samurai Warriors(The first one is really basic, but I played it so much, I don't think the DW main series counts as a guilty pleasure), and Rune Factory 2.

I agree with you. I played those games for the story, not for the bad multiplayer.

Ditto.
Liked the first more, though.

Agreed on both counts. MW2 is a bit of a spotfest. But it's fun to play with a turned off brain.

Mine used to be Mabinogi, but I just don't care anymore. Yes a free to play Nexon game is my favorite game ever. I don't care what people think about that.

Maplestory for me, so I know your boat.

The concept is great, a 2D action platformer RPG with multiple people. It's exactly the kind of thing I am 100% behind. The only problem is that it is(Was?) a Korean MMO, and thus came with more grind than a sandstone wheel. And the abilities didn't exploit the fun you could have with a platformer. And pay to play classes.

Well maybe you should try Mabi duke? It's probally Nexons least cash based game. The shop bonuses aren't all that much unless you're a packrat.

I disagree, of the two Mabinogi has many more cash advantages, AFAIK MS only has cosmetics and gachapons.

And pay to enter events and pay to use classes. Mabis bonuses are only really pet related or for packrats. And really soulstones are just if you kinda suck.

Ditto-rooney.

Loved the MW2 campaign because it was so ridiculously funny, but pretty fucking awesome (if you don't think too much). I can't wait for the lulfest that will inevitably be MW3.

Yoshi's Story I would say.
Maan, Yoshi's Story is so good. So I guess it's that. Aaand now I have the theme stuck in my head again.

The coolest thing about the theme is that if you have the black or white Yoshi, there will be, respectively, a much lower or much higher singing voice added to the song.

Everytime I read MW2, I keep on thinking of Mechwarrior 2. Maybe because I had Mechwarrior 2: Mercenaries, and played the hell out of it and loved obliterating 6-foot Elementals (or Battle Suits) with 6-8 PPC cannons with my custom 36-foot Warhawk mech. Or vice-versa as a surviving Elemental/Battle Suit vs. a Warhawk mech myself (maybe with the same build). Overkill one one side, and CMoA on the other.
