If I'm playing a game cooperatively with someone, I like to pick whichever character they think is useless.
Dan Hibiki is awesome. Fact.

Runescape.

I played runescape before I knew what a troll was, so I didn't think much of the mindless retards. But yeah, I love runescape.
Me too.

Hellmoo? I don't really feel guilty about that one though :P

Uhhh, maybe digimon world? Dofus? I know I played some pretty bad mmorpgs but none of them were good enough to be considered pleasures. Ragnarok Online was more a day job then a game.

I would have to say Final Fantasy XII. I had fun with the immersion, the soundtrack, the overall art direction. I don't care what anyone else says, it was a beautiful game, best played for the art of it (for the end of the PS2 era, it had some serious detail). Hell, read all the monster profiles and such as you unlock them. This game had depth. Too many people just complain about the acting or the gambit system (which isn't even broken until near the end of the game anyhow). Maybe it's how I play as well (minimize level grinding unless there's That One Boss/hunt, and even so, keep the average team level fun), but, I like the MMORPG feel it has, despite being a singleplayer adventure. Monster hunting being among my favorite tasks. Best side-quest(s) in the recent FF series (post-FF7), including obtaining (useless) summons.

Honorable mentions also go to FFX and FFX-2 (primarily in it for the Sphere Break game), and Phantasy Star Online (XBOX) EP1 & 2. Despite being an actual MMORPG (though I have played and beat both episodes solo), it was pretty fun to play through, and also had a great soundtrack to play to. And last mention goes to the original Tomb Raider trilogy for the PSX/PC. Beaten 1 and 2, and made it past the 1st chapter of 3 legitimately. Not an easy game in the least.

Kings Quest 7 I guess

It was considered absolutely horrible but I actually kind of like it. SURE it is nothing like the other Kings Quests but it was pretty neat.

Though I am sure I can think of worse games I really like.

The closest I could come is FF X-2, but I only have one friend who even knows about it and he likes it for the exact same reasons I do.
I suppose I could also give honourable mentions to Illusion's stuff.
I rarely play the actual game, instead just spending time screwing with the creation tools. :b

Farming, and speculating the Auction Houses.
I farm the living hell out of anything in any MMO I get my hands on, and specialize in grinding things in low-level areas. In World of Warcrap, I'm one of the main low level ore sellers on the server, everything being sold cheap enough to undercut other sellers, but expensive enough to turn a ridiculous profit. In Perfect World, selling low mats is my main source of income.
And I have FUN doing it. It fills my heart with joy to see my currency spike up after a wild selling session.

I'd have to say Postal 2 with the addon and a mod that combines the campaigns. Every once in a while I go back and play through those campaigns, cheating to get all bladed weapons and just spreading carnage as I go about my meaningless objectives. I never actually finish the campaign. A lot of things about the game are too terrible to ignore and overall the game is pretty stupid. But I still get the entertainment I can't in other games.
