Wheeeeeee. I think I will balance out XP and AP now, for fairness's sake. Sorry for the long wait.
I equip the main gauche, transferring my dagger to my off-hand if possible and offer the sword to whoever wants it. I also hand Wymar the Ice Rod since he can use it.
You toss the Ice Rod to Wymar, and put the Gauche in your right hand. For reasons unbeknown to you, your ordinary dagger keeps slipping out of your left hand, so you just put it in your inventory. Nobody seems to want the sword.
Lead the rest of the party back to the crystal, and offer the fire rod to Wymar. "Do you want it? It boosts fire magic, so you would get the most use out of it."
Arg. Get to the rest of the party.
Dia also gives her elemental wand to Wymar, giving him two new wands in total. It's a shame he's not a Ninja. You leave with the party back down to the crystal. Ochita follows suit.
"Ooh, sweet! Thanks!" Check out that new toy.
[4] Your two new wands seem to be rather ordinary. They're apparently made from wood, with one being warm and the other being frigid but still able to be held. You ponder which one to use. You can't seem to decide.

Somehow, on their way back down to the crystal, the party bumps into you! You don't even remember why you're in this cave in the first place. You think you got lost along the way to some town. Oh well! After hearing about the quest to destroy all the evil crystals protecting the Final Boss, you decide to join them in their quest!
Mysteriously, Nirur is nowhere to be found.
Also as mysteriously, you seem to be Level 2 and have 220 AP for no reason. You spend 200 of that AP to learn Mach Kick!
Meanwhile at the bottom of the cave...After a long run down the winding passage, the party re-enters the large room containing the crystal. As you walk up to it, you can examine it more closely. It seems to be floating in midair over a pitch-black stone pedestal. There is a basin of water surrounding the pedestal. The crystal itself is actually rather purple in color, and is emitting a consistent hum.
