You open the chest first, Serious. I'll go up ahead and investigate the glowing thing, you can catch up once you've looted the chest.

Investigate the glowing at the end of the room.

Run back to the entrance of the room to investigate Nirur's scream. Cast Cure on him when I find him, while reporting my discovery of the crystal.

"You don't look so good, Nirur. I'll patch you up. Anyway, I've found the crystal at the end of the room. It seems to be unguarded, but I don't want to risk the chance that it isn't. We should get Ochi and Wymar over here, and crush this thing together."
