Alright. I have a plan.

Make a dimension that has infinite kittens in it. Surround the silicon planet with a metal cube. Open a portal to the realm of infinite kittens.

Turn one of the silicon men into a demigod under your command. Make it so that he isn't too powerful so he could cause serious trouble, but he would be able to kill the death god.

OK, since the kitten dimension is infinite but that is filled with infinite objects (Starved kitten corpses.), that means that there would infinite pressure!

We have a cannon, people!

Open up a portal facing the silicon planet. The kittens should hit the planet at infinite speed, tearing it apart. When the planet it torn apart, close the portal.
