Man, I was playing this like nuts a while back. My empire probably decayed though... hmmm...

Anyone looking for a vice-emperor?

Probably.

Yep, I tried it and the lag is MUCH less, and sometimes there's no lag.

I really love the feeling when you build a small city and then start from the planet and explore your system.

I am not really interested in an empire management, but if someone wants a governor of some planet, I'd gladly join. I wouldn't be playing much, but I can check the colony every day and adjust the needs.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

That was due to incompatabilities with ATI cards. Not sure if it's older or newer ATIs, though, but I had to downgrade my drivers in order to play without a severe memory leak.

No lag? Hm, I find that hard to believe, but then again I can't test it as both my characters are in limbo and it won't let create a new one...Last time I managed to log in was 15 days ago, and I still had 2 fps while walking.

Yeah, no creating new characters. It took all my guys and throw them into fake empires with no way to leave. So I'm screwed.

It's really a shame the lag makes it unplayable for me. It seems like an AWESOME game.

It all depends on your connection, and to see the starting guy you have to wait for your world to finish loading. I have quite a crappy connection, just around 20 Mbit/s, so it takes about a minute.

It's still a LOT better than if you played, say, a couple months ago.

Yeah, playercount has dropped quite a bit since a few months ago.

There hasn't been an update for a few weeks too, people are probably idling away a bit and only logging in once every week or two to make sure their empires don't collapse entirely.

Speaking of empires collapsing, I logged in, and there's a couple things going on in my empire.

Firstly, since I haven't logged on for over a month, Deon was made emperor. I'm a regular citizen and I can't get a status report on other cities.

Secondly, half of my tech is TL32, from marinating for so long.

Thirdly, we're out of cryo, and since I can't change what factories are building this means I can't build any ships.

Sadly, it doesn't seem like much has been updated except rats, diseases and bugfixes.
